Grilled Venison Steaks
Thanks to "Packergal"
2 to 4 venison steaks
1 Tbs. garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic
1 small bottle Italian dressing
2 Tbs. ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
sliced bacon uncooked (optional)
Mix garlic, Italian dressing, ketchup and soy sauce in a container that can be
sealed or a ziploc bag. Wrap 1 or 2 slices of bacon around venison steaks and
secure with toothpick. Place steaks in container or ziploc bag with marinade.
The steaks can be marinated overnight but no longer than 2 days. Grill over hot
coals until well done.
